Terms & Conditions

Alexis Abate, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “Company”) provides coaching services, including 1:1 coaching, group coaching programs, community programs, online programs, and digital products (collectively, “Coaching Services”). By registering for or participating in any and all Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement.

1. Coaching vs Therapy Disclaimer

• Coaching Services focus on personal development, goal-setting, professional growth, and community support.

• Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or mental health treatment.

• Participation in Coaching Services does not establish a therapist-client relationship

• Coaching Services are not subject to HIPAA, and group/community programs are not HIPAA-compliant.

2. Emergency & Crisis Disclaimer

• Coaching Services are not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, or psychiatric care.

• If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, or are in danger of harming yourself or others, you should contact 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately, or reach out to a licensed mental health professional, doctor, or other appropriate healthcare provider.

• Alexis Abate, LLC is not responsible for crisis situations and cannot provide emergency support.

3. No Guarantees

• Coaching outcomes depend on your individual effort, engagement, and circumstances.

• We cannot guarantee specific results, including personal, professional, or financial outcomes.

• Clients are solely responsible for their own decisions and actions taken as a result of coaching.

4. Global Services & Jurisdiction

• Coaching Services are offered online and may be accessed worldwide.

• You agree to comply with all applicable laws in your country.

• Services are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA, and any disputes will be resolved in New Jersey courts.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

• All fees for coaching sessions, group programs, community access, and digital products are non-refundable.

• Payment must be received prior to participation.

• By paying for Coaching Services, you acknowledge that all fees are final.

6. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services

• We reserve the right to decline or terminate coaching services at any time if we determine a participant is not a good fit.

• Participants may also be removed from group programs, community programs, or online platforms if they:

o Disrupt group dynamics

o Engage in unethical, harmful, or disrespectful behavior

o Are otherwise deemed by the coach to not be a good fit

• No refunds will be issued for participants removed under these circumstances.

7. Confidentiality

• Information shared in coaching sessions, online programs, or group/community spaces will remain private except as required by law (e.g., threats of harm, abuse, or illegal activity).

• Participants must respect the privacy of all other participants.

• We are not responsible for interactions between participants in group or community programs.

8. Digital Products, Delivery & Access

• Digital products, downloadable resources, and program materials are delivered via email or a secure online portal.

• Access is granted for the duration of the program or membership period.

• We reserve the right to revoke access for violation of these terms.

• All digital products are for personal use only, and participants may not redistribute or sell them.

9. Intellectual Property

• All coaching materials, digital products, recordings, resources, and content remain the intellectual property of Alexis Abate, LLC.

• Unauthorized copying, distribution, sharing, or resale is strictly prohibited.

10. User Obligations

• Participants must act respectfully toward the coach and other participants.

• Participants may not defame, slander, or tarnish the reputation of Alexis Abate, LLC, the coach, or other participants.

• Any violation may result in immediate termination of services, removal from groups, or revocation of access, with no refund.

11. Privacy & Information Collection

Information You Provide:

• Name, email, phone number, and other details when registering, booking, or participating in Coaching Services.

• Responses to forms, surveys, and communications.

Automatic Data Collection:

• Use of cookies, pixels, and analytics tools to track website traffic and improve services.

• This may include IP address, browser type, operating system, and location data.

Use of Information:

• To provide Coaching Services, process payments, communicate updates, and send resources.

• To improve services and the Website experience.

Third-Party Services:

• We may use third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, analytics platforms, webinar hosts) to operate the business.

• These providers may process or store data on our behalf, but we do not sell or share your personal information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Global Privacy Rights (GDPR & Others):

• EU residents and other global clients may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data.

• Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting prior processing.

12. Email Communications

• Emails from Alexis Abate, LLC will include clear opt-out instructions.

• Your email will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing without consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

• By participating in Coaching Services, you agree that Alexis Abate, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Clients are fully responsible for their actions, decisions, and results in coaching programs, community participation, or digital product use.

• We are not responsible for any interactions or outcomes related to third-party service providers.

14. Children Under 13

• Coaching Services and the Website are not for children under 13.

• We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

15. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time.

• Changes will be posted on the Website, and the “Effective Date” will be updated.
