Brain Dump from a Therapist
I think I’ve finally figured out why I’ve been having such a hard time with my creativity lately. I’ve been trying to find the perfect “niche".
Holistic healing, the connection between the mind, body, and soul, and the deeper spiritual and symbolic meanings behind the human experience. Therapy, relationships, friendships, family dynamics, spirituality, psychology, and the occult sciences like astrology, metaphysics, and neuroscience. These are all subjects I have lived, experienced, studied, and taught, and I continue to explore them as a student of life. They have shaped who I am and who I have been becoming throughout this journey, especially since my own ego death and transformation began five years ago.
I've struggled to find the perfect “niche” because I kept trying to narrow myself down to one thing. But I’m realizing that the intersection of all of these things is my niche.
It’s the mind, body, and soul. Psychology and spirituality. The conscious and the subconscious. Healing yourself while understanding the deeper patterns behind why you think, feel, connect, and repeat what you do.
Everything is deeper than what exists on the surface. I've always been drawn to the psychology of people's souls. Maybe that's all the Scorpio energy in me. I want to look beneath the surface, ask the deeper questions, and explore what most people overlook.
And honestly, that’s what I see missing from social media. Often times, people remain at surface level when there is so many other parts to them. Instead of remaining at surface level, I want to go deeper.
I want to explore the entire human experience: the psychology, the spirituality, the relationships, the body, the subconscious, the symbolism, the patterns, the shadow, the healing, the transformation, and everything in between.
